(Limited) was established in 2000/12/30 with the registration number of 1983 and in the following location: Ilam, Chavar Industial Zone, After the Police Station, Ilam Industrial Zone, and it is registered at that date in the Registry Office of Ilam, and according to the official newspaper numbered 16099/1/122 dated 2005/03/11 the registration of the Company was transferred from Ilam to Tehran and it was registered in Tehran Registry Office with the Registration Number of 234658, and according to the Official Newspaper Numbered 32 T/3026 dated 2010/03/03 the head office of the company was moved to the following Address: Tehran, Mofatteh Street, At front of Mofatteg Gas Station, Bakhshi Movaghar Alley, Number 14, Fourth Floor, Apartment No. 9, and now the head office of the company has moved to No. 40, Second Floor, Apartment No. 8 at the same alley.

Pouya Nakh Ilam Com. is one of the most important and greatest production and industrial companies in the field of Polyester Yarn Production (FDY and POY) at Chavar Industrial Zone which is operating at 3 shifts basis.

The above mentioned Company has achieved the Exploitation Certificate from 1388 and produces 26000 tons of FDY and POY yarns annually.

FDY yarn is the primary material in the knitting companies and the POY yarns is the primary material in the Spinning of the Synthesis Fibers and it has an important role in prevention from export of Foreign Exchange.
